Everything was very friendly and clean. Staff helpful. The staff ”makes the place”. Nicest ever. All of them.

Some problems in bathroom. W flushing and water pressure. Didn’t mention it until check out. As it got worse the last day.

The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The scrambled eggs were a bit cold and rubbery but everything else fine. I liked the yogurt with all the toppings and the waffle.

Room size, room set up and friendly staff. Clean and meeting all requirements. All day tea/coffee in lobby. Simply loved this in rainy weather.

A good American spread of breakfast but most things had too much added sugar. There was literally only plain bagel and meat for other and I am a vegetarian. What I didn’t enjoy in my suite was no utensil which could be put in the microwave. We pay extra for room with kitchen utility but the cups were paper. No mugs available even on request. I would simply say, provide some cutlery in room like other Best Western properties. We left behind so much paper and plastic waste.

Check-in was pleasant. The customer rep explained all about the full breakfast.

I liked everything

large room. comfortable space with very comfortable sectional couch, and nice to have microwave and fridge. great (free) breakfast options in the morning, and they open early at 6am

the bed was squeaky

The location was near a massage spa, coffee spots, Capitola and Santa Cruz; very convenient! Complimentary breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. Refill water bottle station located near the front desk. Room had a fridge and microwave to store and warm up food.
