on a réussi à dormir en coupant l'alimentation du frigidaire de la chambre et en coupant la climatisation qui faisait un bruit d'enfer.
l'employé à notre arrivé nous a facturé alors que nous avions déjà réglé sur Booking, ils nous ont assurés qu'ils allaient nous remboursé...à voir. La chasse d'eau de la chambre fuyait donc impossible de faire ses besoins !
La saleté comme jamais vu dans une chambre d'hôtel, le bruit de la climatisation, de l'arrivée d'eau et du frigidaire, le petit déjeuner infecte. Un café flotte et nous sommes vite parti. A fuir !

staff was great. Loved the free popcorn in the lobby and the free coffee/coffee drinks in the lobby all night. Loved they had games you could check out and play and loved the indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was good, just normal hotel snacky breakfast. we loved it so much here we stayed another night. We had a room with a cute little balcony and chairs.

The room was 'country' and retro cool. Not too much extravagance, but just enough. I slept THE BEST I ever have in a hotel. The bed was perfect.

the hot tub and pool were awsome, beds nice and comfy. The shower was nice and hot, great waterpressure
There was a dog barking down the hall from our room somewhere, it was barking most of the night and would not stop. Staff on duty was aware but made no attempt to apease us or do something about the dog barking

The room was clean. I usually rent from VRBO but didn't as this was a short stay (3 nights). I think I will consider renting a home in the future for short stays. Staff was very pleasant.
The room is dark even with all the lights on in the room. To read anything you had to hold it directly under a light. (Travel info was available in the room.)
The toilet broke in the room. It was reported before we left for the day. When we returned it was still broken. The staff member apologized for not writing down the room number. Appreciated her honesty, but we had to pack up and move to a new room before we had to leave for dinner.

The free breakfast was nice. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was very nicely decorated. The location is awesome! I would definitely stay again on future visits.
The housekeepers only checked the rooms every 3 days. It would be nice to have the trash emptied and fresh towels on a daily basis. Also the room only had one chair, it would have been nice to have two.

Very Welcoming staff from the beginning throughout our 3 day stay. The room was very nice, large and clean. The bed was great for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and had many towels with wonderful spa bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Yummy breakfast with hard boiled eggs, pecan sticky buns, bagels, cereals, fruits and more.Nice 24hr coffee, juice, water and yogurt setup in lobby area. We would stay again. There is a bar/snack food restaurant next door/50feet away that was nice and reasonable for an evening beer break.
The only issue was the large heated enclosed pool. It was like getting into a hot tub and the enclosed area was 100-105 degrees so we felt like we were sweating in the pool. NOT REFRESHING AT ALL....BEST NOT TO SWIM!! I was worried 😟.

The shower was FABULOUS! Clean room excellent
The mattresses in our room 138 were very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not worth it. Bagels and cereal and hard boiled eggs really wasn't what I expected. Saw no toast. Could do better. Yummy yogurt!

The cleanliness and professionalism.
The head of the bed by the door was extremely low to the point my feet were higher than my head and it dipped very low in the mid section.. I left with back pain.
Also, need brighter lighting. Too dark for reading in bed.

It's so cool - to have jaсuzzi in the morning. And also it's worthy of respect how to maitain clealiness in a such big hotel. The room was rather spacious. The breakfast was very nutritious and tasty.
The music from the restaurant on the opposite side continued untill the restaurant closed at 1 AM. If the owner is the same it might be better consider turning off the external music in the night.
