Not much.

First let me say a lot. I complained to the front desk and have emailed multiple times looking for a resolution. The “upgraded” room was filthy, falling apart and certainly worth the money I paid. I have pictures. I ended up having to pay for an upgraded room because the staff gave away my original room (114) they put me on the third floor and didn’t inform they had an elevator. I had no idea. It was an extremely hot weekend and I was walking up and down the stairs. They did move me to the 2nd floor but had to pay extra. I can’t imagine what an un upgraded room looked like. I have requested compensation but have only heard an “oh sorry you were unhappy” this is not acceptable. The website description and photos are NOT what I paid for.

Wifi was POOR

Some stuff was great but others bold face lied to is.

Still haven’t gotten my deposit back. We left the room spots. Even cleaned it upon checkin bc of bugs and mildew smell.

Never received our deposit back and the room was spotless. We even bought cleaning supplies bc it was disgusting when we first got there.

I was there with my kids the whole time I stayed and it smelled so much like weed and cigarettes. Ppl partying to much not safe for families. Very disappointed.
