They gave us clean towels and whatever we needed. We appreciated it. Housekeeping was really nice to us. We thanked them.

The beds weren't comfortable at all. We stayed here for a few weeks. Management was rude and they didn't care to give us discounts on our stay. They didn't have any good seating in the room. The chair in the room was uncomfortable and hard to sit in. The bathroom was so small. Breakfast was ok. Not much of a variety and it was bland. We paid every week until our place was ready. Me and my family will never come back and I don't want to stay here again.

It didnt have bugs. Lol it wasn't dirty, bathroom wasn't stained. Clean bed/lobby.

They did not have breakfast. The toilet seat itself was yellow, but the rest of the bathroom was clean and white, made the toilet seat look nasty.

Walking in front door, ground covered cigarette butts. Got inside to the lobby carpet filthy, dirty checked in the room assigned to us had somebody asleep in the bed. Second room, there was no outlet on the side of the wall where the bed was. And electrical outlet was important to run a CPAP machine during the night. The front desk ANSWER was run an extension cord across the room. This is now a fall hazard. All the carpets from the front lobby and down the hall in the rooms was filthy. We immediately went to the front desk, asked for a refund and found another hotel. Front desk staff was really no help. He could’ve cared less what we did other than trying to put us in another filthy room. He did not care about the fact that my husband needed electrical . I will never stay in a Days Inn again based on this experience

Bed sheets wear stained, A/C reaked of mildew every time you start it, mildew in the toilet, mildew in the shower head.

When going to our room , there was a strong smell of marijuana, I told staff and they just ignored it. Stairwells need to be cleaned. They are really dirty and the room was outdated. Needs paint and flooring

Although room was recently refreshed, there are zero outlets (normal or USB) by the bed for charging. There was newer carpet in the room, but what it was covering I have no idea - was very bumpy and odd. Bed was very noisy (and I was by myself - so just rolling over/on/off) and not comfortable. King bed with tiny pillows that covered less than half of the top of the bed. I bring my own pillow - suggest you do the same. Parking lot is a mess of potholes and did not feel safe. Hallways and elevators were disgusting. Front desk staff was rude. Booking.com said I was "upgraded" to "deluxe" breakfast. That is not a thing and breakfast is disgusting and very limited. Rivals for the worst place I've stayed.
