The property was clean and comfortable. Locations is safe, had plenty of restaurants and an outlet mall nearby.
Only issued I had was the room key system. I was there for 9 nights and 8 of nights I had to go back downstairs to get a new key everyday because the key stopped working. I believe is an ongoing issue that needs to be corrected

I loved the comfort of the bed the cleanliness ...it was so peaceful and quiet in the building even the guest who were there were nice and spoke.

The property was fine, the employees were kind.
There was construction on the property that we were made unaware of. It was quite loud and there was banging going on for quite a few hours during the day. The lobby was closed off, and there was no bottled water anywhere on the property. They also turned off the water for a few hours unexpectedly.

Big room , comfortable bed, very nice and clean.kitchnett very handy for us.Staff very friendly and accessible.We surely stay again.

Amenities and how very clean the facility was.
Incidental charge of 75 was not commumicated prior to booking through a third party . I have utilized this location several times in the past and never was charged even utilizing the same third party booking. This should be clearly communicated prior to booking .

This location did not have breakfast, so the kitchen was perfect when we brought our food or ordered our. The space was very good.
The bathtub did not have a nonslip surface and the shower bar was outside the tub/shower which made it very difficult to use when my foot slipped in the shower

Night Staff Rude, Room Not Clean
We arrived very late (3:00am) due to our Southwest flight being delayed several hours. Prior to our arrival, while we waited at the airport, I sent a message to the Candlewood Suites via the Booking.com app which is where I had made our reservation t o let them know our flight was delayed and we’d be arriving well after midnight. When we arrived to Candlewood Suites there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign at the front desk instructing to pick up the phone there and someone would help us, which we did. The phone rang endlessly but no one picked up. After several tries and a lot of waiting a very disgruntled woman came out of the back room. She was very short with us and once she checked us in she rudely told us that checking in this late without notifying the hotel subjects our reservation to being canceled and giving the room to someone else. I then told her I messaged the hotel as soon as I knew our flight was delayed. She asked me if I called the hotel, I explained I had sent the message through booking.com site and she told me that their messaging service doesn’t work. I know that isn’t true since I’ve communicated through that messaging service with other hotels in the past. The room was dirty; doors had black marks on them where people grab them, the bathroom floor was filthy. The door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way, there was no counter space to put your things on or in inside the bathroom. The walls were paper thin; we could hear conversations in the room next door and even got treated to the guy next door singing in the shower late one night. Thankfully we were gone all day everyday so we only had to be there in the evening. I checked around for a room in other hotels but there wasn’t anything available for our timeframe, otherwise we would have left. We’ll never stay at this property again or at any IHG property again.

I liked the check-in process. Smooth and hassle free, especially after needing an unexpected early check-in. Nice hotel for it being 2star
Thicker ceilings needed, unfortunately you can hear every single moment from the floor above. Also Wish they had complimentary breakfast- but the free coffee was great.

The place is quiet and unchaotic
One of the biggest issues I had was transportation. It was extremely difficult to get a taxi. Apart from Uber, the hotel should have accredited taxi drivers that can take visitors to any place, of course with a fee. My Uber didn’t work on US and that spoilt my stay as some of the staff at the front desk are of poor conduct and disposition

It was close to the airport and the staff was nice.
I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle to and from the airport, but it did not say on their site that the shuttle didn’t run in the morning when I needed it!
