Staff was friendly and helpful.
It has a lot of room for improvement in cleanliness. Pool not in great shape and all but 3 chairs were broke around the pool. Pull out sofa was really gross. Had to ask for more blankets and pillow even tho they knew we had 4 guests. Overall needs some TLC and a good cleaning.

Staff was great, they helped as much as possible
There was a young basket ball team staying who ran the halls yelling, and would pound on our door at night and run off 🙃
They where allowed in the pool without an adult as well, which they would come in yelling at eachother. Ruined our pool experience.
They where extremly loud in the lobby as well.
When staff was made aware they brought attention to the situation and tried their best to control it.

easy access off interstate, close to shopping, dining. Clean, comfortable. Friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast.
Lobby was unimpressive, carpets, furniture worn, sad looking. Infused water amenity empty. Staff was friendly, so I didn’t cancel the stay. The room was updated, comfortable. Linens, amenities all good.

Breakfast was good
The first room they had us in was directly next to an exterior door that had a broken lock. Anyone could’ve walked into the building off the street and the first door they’d be by was ours. When we requested to move to a different room, it was handled quickly, but they told us that they were aware of the broken lock and hadn’t been able to get it fixed yet. I don’t understand why they’d put us in a room right next to an unsecured entrance.

Front desk staff was wonderful my family enjoyed their time here my kids especially the toddler loved the warm welcoming Christmas decor I the lobby area
The laundry facilities weren't available which were part of my deciding factor in staying here so I could wash clothes as well but we made do
