The front desk attendant was polite but not friendly at all. We were charged $35 PER DOG. When we received notice that our pet fee would be $35. We stayed in room 111 with our two small dogs. As soon as we walked in we noticed an odor. There was a portable dehumidifier running and the carpet was still damp. The carpet was stained and worn throughout nearly the whole room. The room was small and uncomfortable. The toilet would not flush properly. The room was $194.00 for the night plus $70 for the dogs. I wouldn't pay $69!!!!! We didn't even stay to eat- This was an awful experience and a stain on Quality Inn in our mind going forward

Staff was Great and very friendly.

Shower was dirty with dried shampoo or conditioner on the walls of the shower, and hair (from private parts) was also in some areas of the shower. The toilet didn't flush well and needing numerous flushes just to get urine to pass. The floors inside of the room wasn't clean, may need a deep cleaning of sorts. The smell was quite bad as you open the door. The bed felt sunken in on one side and was really uncomfortable to sleep. The covers on the bed were dirty/stained near the head of the bed. The couch was worn and dirty as well. I wish I would've taken pictures...

Breakfast was not really breakfast, but worked for kid who didn’t need to eat much anyway, more of a snack.

Parking is horrible, not enough light or parking spaces. And it was hard to find the entrance, you have to go through the gas station parking lot to get to hotel, which was unexpected. The rooms are dated, and the bed was ok, but all the pillows are SUPER soft so between the 2 didn’t get the best sleep. The front desk person acted like she “loved” her job and customers were a nuisance to her, wasn’t exactly rude, but didn’t put much effort into welcoming or anything. I think it was overpriced for a bed to sleep in, no pool (closed), cheap breakfast options, literally just a bed to sleep in.
