TRASH!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! Used drug needle found on table when we walked into our room! There’s people that live there and the place is disgusting!! Definitely felt like a horror movie pulling up.

Literally everything.

very dirty. My sheets had blood on them. walls covered in marker and crayon. people using the facility to live in and has tons of trash bags outside their room doors. homeless man sleeping by the dumpster right next to my room. didn’t stay there. checked room and walked right back to get my money back. was only there for maybe 5-10 minutes, and they refused to give me all my money back only reimbursed some of it to me.

Patel tho is a sorry business owner calling his customers 60 dollar a night trash and proclaimed himself a multi million dollar hotel owner ummmm have u seen ur properties dude? This place is a run down trap that he should even be embarrassed to say he owns. Jus one question sir do you own the army of roaches that are more seen than people at this location 🤢

Room was spacious. location was very close to the basketball convention center we needed to get to. we felt pretty safe in the area after settling in. other guests and staff were helpful and nice. minimal to no noise, pretty relaxed area.

The grounds were pretty trashed. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well, lots of crumbs and even sharp things on the floor. They are dog friendly but definitely check the floors for dangerous objects so they don’t swallow them. no poop bags for the dogs either. We had no garbage can, no toilet paper. Sheets and towels had stains all over them.

Filthy. Management is terrible. Uncleaned rooms. Mice in rooms. Cockroaches in rooms. Health department should close it.

Honestly we found a bed bug on the couch in the roo m and then found bed bug eggs and spider eggs underneath the couch. and they charged my card twice

Room rate was cheaper than most

Room was dirty, closet broke, dirty bandaid on floor, no trash cans, toilet had stool on it, bed had human hair on sheets, smelled like mildew.

I Don't know what their maids do because they definitely do not clean the place. That was the most filthiest hotel I've ever stated. Their facilities did not work right there was mud built up in the sink you're in all over the bath and the toilet V c's all over the toilet it was just downright disgusting I spent all night cleaning the room before I could even stay there comfortably

The fact that it was really really dirty of in that I would love the place it could be a really nice place if they would just clean it up and make sure their facilities worked right

The lady at the front desk was so great, very kind and quick at her job! Got me checked in and directions to the room quickly and she was so friendly. She could use updated equipment to do her job without the hassle for her, but she was a superstar with what she had.

Rooms are filthy, dried vomit on the floor and side of our bed. The whole place looks like it could fall apart at any moment. It has gone downhill so fast, it was purely disgusting. We stayed about 5 years ago it was a great place, thays why we came back. We will never make that mistake again. The dumpster were overflowing with garbage, we had to run to our room along with another guest because of loose dogs on the property, we were told the guests with those dogs "lives" there. Trash everywhere, dirt has eroded from the roots of the trees and they stick way up and we tripped over them. I could go on and on. The worst part is after our stay we checked the reviews, these things have been said for a few years and no change. Sad to see such a beautiful property that we had enjoyed in the past turn into such junk so fast.

It was the lowest priced option in the area.

It was in poor repair, with a hole worn into the bathtub. I also have some question as to the safety of the site as there was a significant police presence for several hours late in the night.

The room was large and staff was friendly

Room was dirty, dated, no trash can in the room, no free breakfast, could smell weed from upstairs guests.
