The breakfast I had a Josephine's was stellar -- just delicious! The very best yogurt I've ever had; delicious zucchini bread, kiwi, and more! I was sorry not to be able to make Sunday's waffles & raspberries!

Incredibly good breakfast! Probably best breakfast in memory at any Inn or B&B.
Very minor suggestion- would be helpful to have tissues and a second small bedside table.

Breakfast was hand cooked right across from the table, fresh picked everything, extremely delicious and healthy. The structure was fantastic, beautifully themed room, private bathroom, and a great common room. Had a great sleep on a comfortable bed !! Highly recommend a stay, great experience !! The owners were great, hospitable and great conversations were had.

The room was incredibly cozy, comfortable and decorated nicely! The best part of staying there was Anne Marie and Robert who provided such a welcoming environment - and, a delicious breakfast!
I really can't say because my husband and I were totally content staying there!

Spacious suite, with interesting decor and great amenities. Excellent breakfast coffee! (Didn’t try the food, but it looked very good.) Friendly hosts.

The breakfast was fantastic. Annmarie offered a variety of fruits and delicious baked goods every day. Whatever we wanted she was willing to accommodate us. We were in close proximity to the beach and a variety of great restaurants and walking/hiking areas. The scenic drive to Cohassett was just gorgeous and a wonderful suggestion by Annmarie who went out of her way to print up directions for us. It was very relaxing and just what we were looking for as an anniversary getaway.
The driveway was a bit tricky to drive out of. Very steep and somewhat narrow. It would of been nice to visit with Annmarie a bit more during our stay and perhaps have a cup of coffee or tea available throughout the day but due to Covid-19 MA policy the owner could not do that. We will just have to return again when things get back to normal.

Annmarie was a lovely host, attentive and kind. Her breakfasts were works of art, and she clearly puts a lot if heart into designing them. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the bed and breakfast is just a short walk to the beach.

If I could describe this place in one word it would be “Perfect”. Is beautiful, clean, comfortable, good location, delicious breakfast and Annemarie is very sweet. I highly recommend and of course My husband and I are going back:)
