Good location.
It was not very clean. It was also not updated very well. Funky smell too.

Beds were comfortable.
The property was being renovated or worked on , it was very loud & the staff disturbed us so many times during the evening. A staff member walked into our room not realizing we were occupying the room. We couldn't get any rest after a long flight.
4.0 / 10.0
The staff was nice
Overpriced for the value of the hotel, doing renovations at the hotel, hotel smelled like mold, parking was so small and trailers and uhauls were taking up spaces

9.0 / 10.0
The cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff
The pool was way to cold, and it's really loud with echos in the pool area. But it was a beautiful clean pool

The property was under renovations. It was trashed.
The rooms were not clean and it didn’t look like the pictures at all.

Convenient for travel. Two previous stays in Country Inns & Suites met expectations very well.
Room was okay but entire property needed updating. Some construction close to our assigned room. Communal areas lacked sufficient housecleaning. Breakfast lacked healthy options found in other Country Inn & Suites.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good
It was outdated and eerily quiet , the atmosphere just felt weird

the place is rebuilt and clean, i have no complaints about it. a good parking lot in the front but that's it for the good stuff.
the price and the picture's shows a brand new place, but it is rebelt and they did a good job, but the feeling that it is old is very clear and with such a high price, i dont think its worth it. maybe in the $80 rice range it will be a great deal.

The size of the room was nice for 5 people. They were trying to make small upgrades with bathroom fixtures.
The whole building needs an upgrade. It's an older building and our bathroom door needing to be replaced.

The staff attempted to be as accommodating as possible.
Dirty. unkempt. The room that we had reserved smelled severely of animals. All linens were damp. Front desk attendant came up and changed all bedding for us, but as she did she mentioned she was sorry for the smell. She began to tell us that someone previously had stayed in that room with multiple dogs. She said she herself had shampooed the carpet where the 2 queen beds were but that she didn’t shampoo the attached bedroom which was obvious. It smelled horribly of dog urine and feces.
She ended up moving us to the 3rd floor which she said had recently been remodeled. The Floors were pretty badly stained, scrapes in the drywall, and the HVAC unit could’ve used a good cleaning and a new filter installed as the roomed smelled stagnant though not nearly as bad as the previous room.
The linens were clean and the one King bed was decently comfortable, but our kids were forced to sleep on a pullout sofa and a roll-a-way mattress when our reserved room was the family suite, King bed and a pair of queen beds. They all complained of their backs hurting the next morning. Shower had adequate hot water and good water pressure.
I would like to point out that though we’re severely disappointed in our room that cost over $250 with taxes and fees, the staff attempted to accommodate us as much as they could.

Easy to find and you could tell updates where being done. The room was clean and a good size.
The hotel smelled really odd, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, the pictures showed a jacuzzi but it had been cemented in, the pool was literally freezing, the free breakfast was a joke, and it was not advertised that they put an additional $100 hold on your card for "room insurance" on top of the room price. The clerk said it would be released to me once we checked out, but depending on our bank, it could take up to 10 business days for the money to be returned.

The smell of air freshener very strong covering another scent. I was also charged twice and I called for two days but the manager definitely made sure I was refunded diligently
