Nothing

We arrived late after driving for 16 hours, there was a sign on the locked office door informing us that the manager would return in 10 minutes. I waited for 7 then called the number above the sign. After letting it ring for so long I was sure it would go to voicemail any second a gentlemen answered the phone. I informed him I was waiting and that I had a reservation. He told me he would be down to assist me in a moment. When he finally came down stairs (after at least 10 minutes) he informed me that they had overbooked and had no vacancies. He then proceeded to tell me about a room with 2 full beds that only had one functioning bed. He led me to a room that I can only describe as the cat piss room. The stench of kitty litter and cat urine hung in the air thick enough you could taste it. The non-functioning bed had a mattress so stained I didn’t want to get withing 10 feet of it for fear it may have a stench hidden by the cat piss. He then told me of how he was sure the motel 6 north would have a room but if not I could stay here. He was wrong north did not have a functioning room. I drove another 8 hours to my destination.

Location and very humble Staff.

Room was unclean and beds weren't even made. I told the front desk I wanted a refund and would be leaving. They told me they don't know how to do a refund amd they didn't know how to contact the manager. You were going to process me a refund and I have to heard anything yet.

Friendly staff and decent check in time.

The room had several flies in it, and the toilet seat was broken. There was no shower curtain for the shower. The lock on the door wasn't very secure and missing screws. The bathroom outlet looked as though there was roach poop that was never cleaned up. We just felt gross staying in the room and sleeping in the beds. We would never stay here again or recommend it. Unfortunately, I'm not able to upload pictures or videos I want to share.

The general manager, Lori, was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. She answered questions I had about the area and gave some great suggestions for what to do in the Black Hills.

The breakfast was disappointing and not what we expected. We found little to eat that was part of the breakfast offerings. Other food/drink was available to buy but more choices should be provided without having to buy food/drink to round out the meal.

I didn’t like anything about the property, but it was a place to sleep.

Even the non-smoking room smell like cigarettes and old dogs. There was items left over from the last guest that had their hair still attached to it. It seemed very trashy all around and the police were there when I first arrived, dealing with another guest. The only reason I gave it to stars is because it didn’t have bedbugs. From the state of the place I really thought it was going to have bedbugs.

I booked but never got a room staff was not helpful at all they told me to come back every time I come to check in me and my boyfriend was very hot in are car anyway I came back one last time it was around 6pm still no room so I go to the motel 6 across the street and then I get charged more
