Staff was very friendly and hotel was in a nice location

No drinking water available. Room had dirty floors and smelled like sweaty feet. Pillows were some of the worst I've used at a hotel and my kids barely slept because the sofa bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. Paid almost $300 CAD and it just wasn't worth it.

The bed was so comfortable. Excellent staff

Spacious, nicely decorated, pool/hot tub and safe/enclosed outdoor patio.

I booked a king size room and they gave me a queen size room their reasoning was that I did not state I had a pet when I clearly did!! Then they charged me for a king size room rate!!! Needless to say I was not happy!!!

The perfect location, close to everything but still quiet and restful.

They need to fix their internet, it was in and out in and out but a great speed to get my work done.

We checked in super late and when we walked into our room there were a pair of used disposable gloves and a pencil in the middle of the floor but because everything seemed clean we didn’t bother saying anything that night. Unfortunately we overslept and were in a hurry to get our things together to be out by 12pm check out. Housekeeping knocked on our door and a small angry woman shouted at me it was 12:02 and check out time. I did housekeeping off and on for probably 8 years and never witnessed anything like that before. Still hurrying to gather things up the phone rang at 12:08. I answered and spoke with the very polite and kind front desk woman, told her about the issues with the room, including the shower not draining, and let her know we were on our way out the door. When I opened the door to leave approximately 30 seconds later, the glowering troll representing housekeeping was standing in the hall by our door. She narrowed her beady eyes and glared while my husband, daughter, and I filed out, huffing at our backs as we escaped toward the exit.

The location was great. The place was a nice place to stay.

There was no communication between the front desk and maid service. Our room never got cleaned once and we were there for 7 days

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly! The made to order hot breakfast is a great bonus!
