Very clean and nice facility, staff was friendly, great location, parking was free, cost was reasonable, heating system kept room comfortable.

The bed was too soft, no mirror in bathroom, the mirror in the room was way too small and did not show my whole body, bedside duplex outlet stopped working temporarily, not having a microwave in the room was a major disappointment, no mini fridge also was disappointing. Won't be staying here again. Also Saturday night they had a massive party in the conference room and there was extremely loud music playing from 9pm to 11:15pm shaking my entire room keeping me from sleeping.

Beautiful, old hotel with very gracious ambience. The food in both restaurants was fantastic.

The water pressure in the shower was awful. It got plenty hot, it just wasn't much flow. The mark up on a bottle of wine was astronomical. $70.00 for a $15.00 bottle of wine.

The room was comfortable, well-furnished and beautifully decorated. The mattress was very comfortable, not to firm or too soft. The room was quiet despite being in the heart of downtown Billings. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and did not disappoint.

This is a beautiful downtown property, with great staff, art, and vibe! The location is also great, as there are many fab shops and eateries within walking distance. In fact, two of the best are right downstairs, Bennies and Ten!

It didnt have enough working, accessible outlets. Just the one in the bathroom worked.

Bathroom was horribly small. No counter space in bathroom. Had to work to get around the door in bathroom. Toil let ran all night both nights. No full length mirror. Getting to your room from the parking garage was extremely inconvenient. You have to take two elevators to get to room. Light shines through curtains. Car alarm went off in parking garage all night long. Room was right above noisy motors on roof. Tv was too far from bed. No fridge. No.microwave. No coffee maker. Getting to the room was such a hassle. Won’t stay there again!!!!
