Location to interstate.

Needed updating to various areas of hotel, hallway & room.

Everything! We didn’t have to leave once we got back from basketball bc there was the water park and the bar, restaurant.

I wish the people in the water park area were more on top of things. There was a group of boys who were causing havoc and needed to be thrown out. They were old enough to know better but the workers didn’t want to throw them out. Other guests had to yell at them and ask them to not knock over little kids.

Loved the breakfast buffet! The elderly waitress was slow and had half my breakfast done before I got anything to drink. That sucked, especially if you are a coffee lover. I had to go outside of the establishment just to purchase some expensive Starbucks coffee, not cool.

Came in late, was put in a smoked up room with our young children, lady drea moved us to a pool side room, which we were thankful for and said she was going to adjust price and when we checked out we paid full price. Will dispute charges, $280 for one night, crazy.

Love the Location when going to concerts at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, staff friendly and welcoming, room was clean

Only complaint was that the cable service for the TV was bad the channels kept going in and out

The beds were very comfortable but honestly I was incredibly disappointed and feel I was cheated

Well first I booked in as "traveling for work" they were notified I am working early hours 3 am up and off by 4am. They also knew I drove 10 hours last Wed March 22. I was out right in front of a resort area ...they knew I slept none and drive 10 hrs and had to be 45 mins away at work at 6 am but send a carpet cleaner to clean my corridor at 3am or sooner...reallyyyy? I complained n nothing was done but I'm sorry...ok 500 dollars for this stay....then I leave and I put do not disturb outside my door...I intentionally set a piece of paper in my drawer as shown in pictures and my drawer was opened i took a time stamped photo..when I got back the paper was on the floor and I took a picture also...no towels or anything were changed so someone came in n looked around period...the management saw it and agreed she sees what I see and Said she would do something but really again now my sleep was interrupted, my things were gone thru and you can't comp me or do something to help ease the aggravation and being so incredibly put out? It's Saturday night the 25th I'm exhausted thankfully Im at a cheaper but still better hotel because I could sleep and they have a pool but knew I needed to be away from it...I even ASKED TO BE MOVED AND WAS DISREGARDED!!! I'm sick from this I spent good money to work 3 days and was treated like my money and my time meant nothing yet earn my money the same as them? It's so disrespectful, I feel it's a trashy establishment

the water park was the nicest thing about the resort

dirty sheets with hair and black crumbs, black mold in corners of king suite, black mold was covered by paint along inside angles that crept to the ceiling, thick cobwebs on sprinkler above bed, broken towel bar in bathroom, sink was hanging from counter top and had a 4 inch gap when using water got on the floor we stayed poolside room 140 we had to use the back parking lot unless we wanted to walk through the water bark however it definitely felt unsafe with very little light and no cameras just a sign saying lock your door we are not responsible for stolen items definitely had to be in before dark

It was clean and maintained. Nice place to stay

There was no TV as the tech was having problems with their service. There were homeless people hanging out on the premises and was trying to get cigarettes. Change. .. had a terrible fall in their restaurant due to a slick floor. No one cared to come help me. Thank God my daughter was there to assist me. Workers just looked on and kept doing their thing.. Injured my knee and ankle.. reported all of this before I left and still charged me full amount. Not happy..
