The gym was well equipped.

The restaurant was closed for remodeling, unfortunately I was unaware that the room service times were limited.

It was as expected.

Better check in and on time buffet

Beautiful property, quiet room, comfortable bed and furnishings, great kitchenette, friendly staff and excellent location!

Our toilet didn’t work great so that was an inconvenience but they sent up repairman once he arrived for the day.

Personal touches and beds were great. Facility smelled clean which was very nice.

I was charged for breakfast and told that I should be refunded the amount. Breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay.

Undercooked pancakes. Service was poor. I had to ask for tea lemon. They seem to be put out if asked for anything. Attitude definitely overstressed.

At 10 o’clock banging at my door and yelling . When I was able to get to the door, no one was there! I-Called front desk to question. After 5 -10 minutes and calling the reservation # on my cell front desk answered. Reason for delay in answering- They were checking people in. 45 minutes later, I received a phone call stating that it was one of the managers That had the wrong room. He didn’t have the courtesy to hang around until I open the door to see what was going on. I felt my security was in jeopardy .It’s a long time to wait for an answer when you’re trapped in a room .
