The rooms were very clean and had working tv, air condition, fridgerator and microwave. The pool was nice as well.

That the hotel staff banned me from being able to stay at this location for 6 months without giving me any notice or warning beforehand as to the reason why. They took my money and I paid through booking.com before coming, and once I got there they refused me at the doors and said I would have to leave. They weren't helpful in issuing me the refund for the reservation so I had to literally call booking com myself over 5 times and wait a week to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.

The rooms were very clean and had all the necessary commodities needed for me to have a pleasant stay. Location is convenient and most of the staff and cleaning maids were very friendly and helpful.

That I was placed on their "DNR" list without being spoken to or warned beforehand. There was no reason for them to put me on their "do not rent' list. I did nothing wrong. I had no idea they had done this, so the next time I made a reservation, they literally took my money without letting me stay, and turned me away once I arrived even though I already paid they refused to book me a room, so I felt robbed and would say they have horrible communication skills because I was unaware of the reason they were kicking me out and refusing my business when I'm a recent visitor and I'm always polite and never have had problems with them before. I felt like I was treated unfairly and they should put their selves in my shoes for one second and see if they're actions were wrong how might they feel if they got treated the same....

It was pretty quiet.

The bed sheets didn’t seem clean because when i untucked it to get in I saw crumbs and leg hairs all over. There was also no iron available.

1. Bath tub doesn't have a plug, so you can only use the shower 2. Microwave doesn't work 3. Smell like a Dog saliva all over the place inside the room 4. Refrigerator doesn't work, it is more like a cool box 5. The front office staff is Rude

The location is within walking distance to Dennys and McDonalds and Mexican restaurant. There is no laundry machine, no coffee machine, and the ice cube machine is not working.

The front office staff muzee is rude and not very nice to people. She is not the type of person who should be working in the hospitality industry (not at the front office at least; it is better to keep her in the houskeeping department). She repeatedly asked me not to book through booking.com in the future. In addition, the microwave was broken, and room 105 smelled dog pup and dirty and a lot of dog scratches in the room. The fridge is more like a coolbox than the refrigerators. AC and TV are the only ones working well during my stay. For $3 different, there is much better Motel next to this one and with much friendlier and warm-hearted staff, the room is way cleaner than the motel 6 room because they don't allow any pet in any room. I will think 3x to book another room at Motel 6 Sacramento Central location.

Room had BABY ROACHES on the bed. Moved us to another room, which was ok. Pool was clean.

Stayed 2 nights, Husband and I checked in together. I had a medical emergency and had to leave early. When husband checked out they REFUSED TO REFUND OUR DEPOSIT because I wasn't there to pick it up. We live 3 hours away and can't make it back to get it!

Clean and simple room, a bit outside of Sacramento. We felt safe in this area and it was only a short drive into downtown.

Unprofessional staff member was rude. I reserved the room for 14 days but was only able to stay for 7 because a staff member deleted my reserved and even though I was able to provide proof I was still asked to leave. I've stayed at this motel multiple times in the past but this was my last. As far as the rest of the staff and motel itself every time I have stayed there it was always nice, rooms were clean, comfortable beds.

I would never stay at this motel again. every week they have a new policy without it being anywhere in writing but have no problem taking your hard earned money and the staff working the front desk is the most disrespectful ppl ever. The manager Parvin has no care for the customers at all and will not address any issues or concerns. I would rather sleep under a bridge then to ever spend another dollar at this location!
