Product brands & variety.

Larger table & area away from front entry to put the products on. A separate room would have been more like other hotel & motels that I have stayed at in serving breakfest. No ice maker on the property, it would have fit in the vending room. Needs 2 queen beds offered in the room vs 2 double. Also, no room services to change & clean the room on a daily basis. We were told to leave the used towels & bed linens outside to be replaced. I am not paying a standard rate to do my own laundry & making up the beds when other hotels that I have stayed do this service included daily.

It’s better and cleaner than the Location in South Notamas.

The night clerk that checked me in was very knowledgeable and super helpful she really went above and beyond and I appreciate her assistance.

The room was clean and smelled clean but the drawer had quarters left over from the prior visit and the shower had a soiled cleaning rag hung over the top bar

My mother and I liked the fact that the highway was nearby.

The room was filthy. Nothing was cleaned and there was even a pubic hair on the toilet seat. We were so exhausted we just cried , started cleaning and tried to fall asleep. I will note: the following morning we spoke to the Manager - she apologized for the condition of everything and reimbursed us our full cost of the room. Thank You.

The room smells bad. there is no hair dryer.

Noise level at night, music coming from a room next to mine very loudly + a fire alarm on my last night.

wasn't much to like

this place is just a bad choice for travelers. it is basically a home for the near homeless. made a reservation for ground floor since we have pets. no room available and had to stay on 2nd floor. the "kitchen" is fully stocked with *NOTHING*. oh, and the best part? The fire alarm goes off at 4:10 in the morning. Apparently this happens every 3 days or so. No explanation or apologies from the staff at all. I suggest people stay ANYWHERE else.
