There wasn't a working phone in the room and the light fixture over the sink wasn't working.

Liked the breakfast and always like the knowledge that security is tight

We had a house keeper knock on our door when we had a do not disturb sign

I liked nothing about my stay.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Filthy, damages everywhere, smelled like cigarettes,sink didn’t drain, bugs in the sink, holes in doors, carpeting soiled and black with filth, blood on wall, pubic hairs on towels and bathroom floor. People partying/selling drugs in parking lot, doors propped open with rocks, loud music. I was scared to death someone would try to rob me. No elevator where my room was (east side). I’m disabled and had to drag my suitcase and bags up stairs with no help. Just terrible! All around.

Nothing it was a horrible stay

Staff was rude when asked for early check in. Refused to give us extra towels and the two we had were rough. Beds are old and comfortable

It was quiet and comfortable. I really enjoyed the bed and the cleanliness of the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time I’m in town. Very close to my family’s house so very convenient.

The TV in the room was broken unable to watch TV before going to sleep. The toilet seat was not secured. There was also a leak around the toilet.
