The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful

The night security was hanging out in the laundry room area w/ the homeless people from the area being loud and woke me up well after 2am

Roaches on me when I woke up and when I told staff at check out they did nothing about it

Location was great, two restaurants within 5min walking distance. Customer service is always great.

Dirtiest most disgusting filthy smelly crime written drug infested Motel I've ever stayed at in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration

They allowed to African American females access to my room when I went to work and then I had the nerve to blame me so I have personal property missing and they refused to call the police or pull up the video surveillance then they wouldn't let me speak to a manager or the owner because I'm certain one of the employees allowed these girls into my room to steal whatever they could and take a nap since everybody there knew my work schedule I knew what time I would be back

Nunca pude contratar wifi, no me dieron opciones. Pedí ayuda y sólo me dijeron que no se podía

La habitación con mal olor, la cama tenía solo sábana. Una almohada tenía la funda usada!!! Pusimos la calefacción, afuera -1 grados. A las 2 am apagaron la calefacción!!! Nos despertamos a las 3 helados y tuvimos que ponernos nuestras camperas y buzos para podes seguir durmiendo.
