That my door was difficult to open and then couldn’t lock it .. drove from Minnesota wanted to sleep but took 2 hrs to finally get my door to lock. And then had no towels in room . Had to ask housekeeping for one towel.. which is all I had for my stay.

Because of physical limitations, requested ground floor. Received confirmation. Location

Ground floor was not available. Card key did not work. Struggled up and down the stairs 3-4 times before I gave up on the staff to be able to help me. Unable to speak to the manager even by phone. Who doesn't have a mobile phone for customers to contact? Staff was either disinterested or just intentionally rude. Booked a different hotel on hotel.com website.

AC was not working and restroom was not clean.

no blankets no towels and noisy neighbors . 2:00am and we could still not go to sleep

Had a pool. Thats it.

People Smoking. Drinking. A Disturbance.

The staff was rude and the room was kinda dirty

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was well maintained.

The rooms were filthy. The floors were sticky and one was afraid to walk barefoot. The laundry facility had machines that do not work properly. The shower had virtually no water pressure.
