The bed was fairly comfortable WIFI worked

Requested 1st floor room-Denied. No elevator Requested room away from the noisy highway-Denied. 50% of the motel is away from the street Employee did not know the layout of the motel, sent us to the wrong end of the building Not enough towels for 2 people Wall light had no bulb in it A/C outlets near bed on wall lights didn't work Couldn't get refrigerator to turn on, eventually found it had been unplugged Had to slam door to get it to close securely HVAC system ran until room was too hot, then let room get too cold before turning back on. Air had mildew smell coming out of air ducts Water smelled and tasted like river water. No filter on ice machine for bad taste. Ice was unusable No hot breakfast other than a waffle machine. Last time they at least had gravy and rock hard biscuits We use this motel a lot, and we felt like they didn't care if we ever came back

It was nice and convenient.

Convenient location. We had stayed there several times before and found it to be consistently very good at a reasonable price. We weren't nearly as satisfied overall this time,

The price was far greater than we had paid before, and the place wasn't as clean and well kept overall.

Nothing everything was horrible!

Horrible!!! Don’t stay here if you have a family. It’s not worth it. I got here about 3am after driving all the way from SC I booked the room for 2 days with my family and when we got there the pool was out of service it’s a inconvenience it not that big of a deal. We get up to our room and the beds had been slept in already and none of the lights worked. So I go downstairs even though I requested downstairs for my handicapped mother to tell them and the put me in a different room where I had to make my own beds and wait almost an hr for the sheets and blankets the AC did not work it was about 90 degrees in there it was awful and my kids cried all night. So early in the morning I get up to go explain to them that I want a refund and to leave I will not be staying another night. The front desk man gave me a receipt and said I will receive a call from the manager and I will get a refund within 5-7 days. I never received a call I had to call up there myself the manager said she will give me a refund and I was given back $60 instead of my original amount. This place is awful I will never be back!

Friendly staff, convenient location.

I stayed in room 233, the smoke detector was in the dresser drawer, the towels were not nicely folded and set right, the mirror was dirty and there was no screen on the window on the 2nd floor!!!!! No elevator, cold breakfast.

cold, green, smelly pool. furniture was stained up. couldn't use was plugs because the item fell out. couldn't use a key card to unlock 1 door. cigarette burn in 1 bed. place was run down and not worth it.
