We love the location and all of the amenities!! We have rented condos here multiple times.

This is our first time staying in the hotel rooms instead of a condo here. The room is outdated and wasn't very clean. There was some small spot stains on the blankets and a piece of clothing was left in the closet by a prior guest that i am assuming was not checked by cleaning staff. The floors were very sticky when we first went in I wiped them down with wet paper towelsthat i had brought. Also our sliding door to the balcony did not lock. We expected a larger refrigerator.

Good but we also had breakfast in our room had a great time and my grandkids loved it

The beds were uncomfortable

I like the set up of the room it’s definitely a peace of mind there was a smell I couldn’t get over.

It could’ve been more clean to me especially the shower. The toilets were low for a tall person or a person with long legs it’s somewhat uncomfortable.

Pool closed at 8pm Every night we went back to our room after a day out the minute our elevator door opened it smelled like skunk and smoke Condom wrapper left in our room And the air filters in the heater was like they are never cleaned

Literally everything! Went for my sons birthday and the arcade, pool, hot tub, bounce house and other games were all a hit!!

My only issue was the thermostat in our room didn’t seem to work. It was very warm even after turning the air down to 68. They did provide a fan in the room which made it nice for this matter.
