False advertisement. They have it listed online that they have an operational indoor pool and it's even listed on their sign when you pull into the motel, but it's not even open. They also make it seem like they're up to date and modern but in fact it's the opposite. The only thing modern is their lobby area when you first walk in, and of course pay. As soon as you get to the hallway to go to your room, it's quite obvious that they've just swindled you out of your money. I've never understood from a business perspective how an owner can sleep at night, knowing that they're renting you a piece of crap. Even the furniture in the hallway (by the vending machine) and in the motel room is stained up and nasty looking (except the beds). As for the beds, they use a thin blue blanket over the sheet that looks and smells like it's from the 80's and then a curtain like material on top of that. It's almost like they bought a bunch of used furniture from a closed down motel and set it up in theirs without even cleaning it. The AC unit is completely out of date and dirty. It's hard to determine if it's dirt or mold growing on the vents. At least try to put some love into your business, instead of clearly ripping people off with no remorse. This motel is mostly for traveling workers whose business is trying to find the (almost) cheapest route to put their employees into. Shame on those companies by the way. If they won't stay in it themselves, then they don't need to put their own employees (who keep their business running) in it. Pay the extra money and stay at one of the more reputable companies that actually keep their facilities clean and up to date. You'll thank me later.

Night staff was rude and slept. Shower was not clean

It was dirty, uncomfortable and I did not get what I booked.

The night clerk was very rude and honestly had an overall bad attitude towards me because I had a local address on my ID but explained I was in the process of moving to Lawton. He asked that I pay $160 deposit sinceI had cash, I said I would go deposit it on my card and come back, he said I would still have to pay it even though pointed out that the sign on their desk said there was $160 cash deposit if you were using cash to pay for the room didn’t say you had to do that for a card and that was when he told me that. He said “anywhere within 50 miles was local and had to pay a deposit of $150 or $160 regardless of if I was paying cash or card”. He then got an attitude with me for attempting to pull up that where I was moving was over 50 miles and he said it didn’t matter I said no you said 50 miles my house is over that from here he said I needed to go somewhere else. I better not be charged for this because that little bit of information IS NOT on the main details part

Comfortable beds

The First Room assigned was full of bugs, the second one was dirty and the refrigerator was broken.
