there wasn’t anything to like.

service was bad and I got locked inside because a door knob was in the managers car.

room was sufficient, no foul odors, the tv worked great. the a/c worked perfect and water flowed nicely. there was a mini fridge and a microwave that worked properly as well.

the towels were torn and stained. the bathroom was in poor condition, with holes in the tub and the air vent hanging open. the door had no security latch for night time secured locking.

The lady was rude, I was supposed to have a king room and was given double beds, only one light worked, room was not very clean. Lady at the from made me use cash and then charged me an extra $10 because it’s “her policy”.

Everything was horrible , the tv was broke , refrigerator was broke , shower didn’t work and they beat on the door asking for payment when I paid online . They take money for personal use .

When i was being checked in the gentleman was rude and yelling if room had not already been paid for i would have went somewhere else

Paula at the front desk was nice but she needs to go work for a better hotel, this one needs to be shut down.

The rooms were nasty and uncomfortable. I paid for 3 nights and only staid maybe an hour. We tried 2 different rooms and were told there were no better rooms then the ones we tried. I had my 2 year old and there was no way I was keeping him in a hotel like that. If you’re looking for somewhere and you’re from our of town do not stay here. The pictures are false advertisement. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. We were promised a refund by 2 different people associated with this hotel and never received one. Do not waste your money.

I come to the room and I booked my room online got there the lady that was at the front desk she was sleep on the couch she didn't want to be bothered she was really rude she gave me room 107 the room is damaged I have pictures of the room it seemed like like the police had busted the door down and or something somebody had kicked the door in and I had my 8 year old little boy with me and I don't think it's that was a safe environment for me or my child and I just think that I deserve a refund on this room because it wasn't what it was. I came back to front desk to tell lady the room was no good and wanted a refund she proceceded on getting another room which wad 133 i asked her is the room going to be safe for me and my son to stay and she said yes about 30 minute in the room someone tried to come inside the room on me and my son this by far wad the worst experience i had at any hotel anf i deserve my money back thanks
