Hyvä sänky, tilava huone, ystävällinen palvelu, uima-allas, hyvä ilmastointi.
Parkkipaikkoja ei riitä kaikille, aamupala olisi ollut kiva saada tähän hintaan.

the bed was very comfortable and cozy. i had a great nights sleep due to the bed being so nice and comfortable.
One towel that was tiny and i asked for more but they only had one towel available and it was thinner than a kleenex. the bed had no fitted sheet on it. they used two separate flat sheets to cover the mattress. so they sheets came untucked all thru the night and i basically had to jist bundle up in them like a sleeping bag to get comfy and go to sleep. the wifi didnt work at all on the property. also the cleaning crew banged on the door at 9 a.m. the morning of check out and woke me up unexpectedly. i wont stay there again.

Clean, modern design. Nice in-room textiles. Good temperature climate control. Quiet.
No operable widows, as in sealed like an office building. Homeless transient population walking through property in the AM. No staff at lobby AM. Locked with a sign to check with their sister hotel property (that you should have stayed in, down the street). Not very appealing front lobby and seating area when open.

Love the vibe 🩷
Nothing, I love it all!

The room was super clean and pretty modern/sparse in decor. It was a fun vibe as it is clearly a lovingly restored Route 66 motel. The finishes were not high end (not expected at this price point) but were nice, the walk in shower was very appreciated. The location was near enough to old town to walk but I personally would not walk it at night as the area was not too pedestrian friendly. The refrigerator was nice and it was not noisy, like some hotel fridges are. The bar in the lobby was super nice to have. It was a fun vibe and allows you to have a nice nightcap without having to worry about driving.
Kleenex in the room would have been appreciated. The coffee pods were weak. Try to avoid room 7 as this is next to a mechanical room that was a bit noisy although it was furthest from the main road (Central Ave). The noise didn't affect my sleeping.

It’s a great little motel on Rte. 66. It takes you back in time to a world less hurried. Nice little pool and cocktail lounge and had music on a Monday night.
Nothing really. Met all my expectations.

I had stayed at the Monterey pre-renovation, so I knew the rooms would be spacious, but we weren't prepared for HOW spacious our King Room was. This was very welcome after a week on the road in fairly cramped lodging elsewhere. The room was also very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the upgrades were well worth it, and the price per night is reasonable for this level of accommodation.
Like sister motel El Vado around the corner, there is now an emphasis on the social space (read: bar) where the check-in used to be. This is ok, but does mean that sometimes when they have events you may have to scrap for a parking spot, which can be frustrating as a paying motel guest. Unlike El Vado, the public space is also not segregated at all from the motel space, so if your room is closer to the bar, you will likely not be able to get any meaningful rest until the event is over because it is just too noisy.

Loved the Lounge Bar/lobby. Loved the way my room was decorated. Bathroom was very nice
The room smelled like mold and I could notice that there must of been water damage to the floor. mini fridge rattled all night. Bed was too soft. Room 1

Rooms were clean and looked to be recently remodeled. Still has outside iconic neon sign and original rr66 touches. Would definitely recommend

We booked a family suite that included a queen room connected to a room designed for 4 individual bookings with 4 full sized bunk beds. Really cool room. The 4 bed room does not have a bathroom but there are full bathrooms down the way that lock and can be used. Towels and everything. This was great while traveling with 2 adult children! My youngest son (10) said this was the coolest motel he's ever stayed in. Probably true. Very cool and trendy place. Modern and attractive.
The bed was not made properly and there was no mattress pad/cover over the mattress 🤢 The sheet was not pulled down over the bottom of the mattress so my feet were on bare mattress! Yuck. I was tired and got over it. The shower head in our room needed some tightening. We just used it as a hand held. The pool apparently doesn't have hours, so there were people swimming at midnight. We had just gotten there but I can imagine it may have bothered others.

I love how an old motel was completed renovated! So adorable. Retro feel. Clean, cute. The pool was great. Took me back in time. Hector was great, super friendly and made us a nice refreshing drink! Highly recommend you check out this Motel

Monterey is a very nice hotel on Route 66 the history of the hotel is cool, I love how the owner kept the same theme as it was before back in the days, love the decor and ambiance for sure

The family room worked wonderful for the kids to have their own space and bed!
The shower needed a screw tightened and was very difficult to use.

Great place. Friendly people.
There was nothing that I 'didn't like.' The only, and I mean only, issue was a goofy thing with the shower head not staying in place. But that was a nit. I reported it on the way out, and I bet it's fixed by now.

great location. comfy bed. much personality! definitely recommend this place
No ‘do not disturb’ card and staff came into my room. nothing disturbed; coffee and misc items replaced but would prefer to have the option for privacy

Large, clean place just a short walk to Old Town. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee in the lobby was quite good.
Pool was closed, which made sense given that it wasn't very warm out yet, but wish we had known before booking. The shower was cold.

Really spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The cocktail lounge was a great place to relax and grab a drink and everyone was super friendly on staff.

Shower head in our room was broken, so I had to use shower in the neighbouring room.. Our room was also located right by the parking lot. It was so close that I could make eye contacts with ppl passing by from the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. Curtains were see-through, so no help whatsoever.
P.S We arrived at the hotel after 3pm to check in, but there was NO ONE at the reception. We had to call different places to get help. It turned out that there was a personnel there, who lost track of time and forgot to open the reception.

Cute design, location is good for road trips
There is weird noise in the room we stayed, couldn’t figure out where it comes from but should be related to electric devices. The noise gave me bad dreams and woke me up during the night

Location great, bed comfortable and room relatively spacious.
Hot water not hot enough and did not know about Buggs Room until late in our stay.

The motel and its rooms are very tastefully decorated. Despite it being on a main road, the room was very quiet. The free drink included in the stay at the motel bar was a really nice touch. The location is great - walking distance from old town Albuquerque.
4.1
location, parking, stylish and large rooms, comfortable bed, chic bar in lobby
shower, in room coffee, early morning noise from housecleaning

This is a super cute and comfortable motel with a reasonable rate even during the Balloon Fiesta. Newly remodeled, it is very cool! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We liked the mini fridge and the size of the room. There is a bar and a lot of outdoor seating where we enjoyed drinks made with New Mexican alcohol. The location is great. There is a coffee shop two minutes walk and some great breakfast places within a short walk. The historic downtown is within walking distance too.
The cons...the hot water in the shower is an issue. We were there for two nights. Out of 4 showers, one was hot, and the rest lukewarm at best. The last night we were there, our tv didn't work. They advertised a laundry room which was a considerable pro /deciding factor for us on a road trip, but it was out of order during our visit.
