Love how close it is to the beach. Love how roomy the suites are.
I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. The new breakfast they service is awful with hardly any breakfast options.

Neat, clean, good staff, comfortable bed, some ocean view
A little Noisy being right on the Main Street early in the morning. Our TV would not work and staff was unable to get it running….cable issue

The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the location is crowded but accommodating, walking distance from the beach
The rooms are small, but very comfy and home like, a full size balcony with furniture

It’s right near the beach in Aptos.
They say it’s a non smoking hotel but my bed had a cigarette smell and the rooms are generally musty and they blow deodorizer in the lobby

The room was amazing! And the location was perfect! The pool and spa area was very well kept.
There was a lot going f confusion around my booking time frame. When we got there it seemed they told us one thing. Then back tracked what they originally told me. Our plans had to change to accommodate a miscommunication on the staffs end. I thought they would be more accommodating for us.

We had a nice room and it was clean and we like the pool and the jacuzzi and the breakfast the nice breakfast room with a gas fireplace and it was close to the ocean and the beach

The view was great! Loved the spacious room. Also we brought our 5 month old, I liked that there was a kitchen. I was able to utilize the refrigerator. The continental breakfast was delicious. They had bacon, waffles, oatmeal, toast and much more.
The bed was a little too firm for my liking. The shower and bathroom could use a makeover. There was not a lot I didn't like.
