Eggs Benedict were good and arrived on time. View from balcony was nice. Really loved the little market across the street.
Food was hit and miss on taste but expensive for what it was. Location would have been great if it wasn't on such a busy street. Loud traffic day and night. Could never actually hear the ocean. Both nights teenagers congregated outside our window partying loudly. Called front desk multiple times both nights, they only answered 2 times...otherwise the phone just rang. Up both nights until 1am! It was supposed to be a relaxing work retreat...no sleep...not relaxing...

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. Being the off season, the property was very quiet. The few other guests that we met were all very friendly, staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, exceeded our expectations.
Staff was short during our stay, which meant some of the amenities we were looking forward to (room service, beach bonfire, housekeeping for the tiny trash cans) weren't available. This isn't the fault of Seascape, it's just an unfortunate state.

The studio spa tub was the best part of the room choice. So when we book again with out the kiddos we will surely get it again.
The fact we had to leave. We use this place now, as one of our stay-cation locations but the price is the same as coming with a group and you get a larger place with two floors and washer and dryer. So it's nothing against the room just the nightly rates. The experience you get is worth the price It's like a home away from home with the ⛱️ and ocean in your backyard.

We loved the golf cart assist to the beach. Really nice not to have to carry everything with our two little ones.

We stayed in a lawn access villa 5 nights. Beautiful ocean view. Clean and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Rooms were comfortably sized. Beach close, pool close, small kid playground close for small kids.
Kitchen poorly appointed. 1 salad bowl and no other serving bowls or baskets. If you make pasta and salad something needs to stay in the cooking pot.

Location fabulous, views from rooms terrific, lovely sleeping room, services such as transportation down to the beach was/is terrific, good food, outdoor dining in good weather great, great staff, beach access great with motor carts, good parking, near convenience center for odds and ends,.....

I like the bonfire inside, and the restaurant outside was lovely. And the fact that they had a bar as well as the restaurant.
That’s outside restaurants didn’t have a better view of the beach. And the resort itself, that ambience from the outside can use some more work.

Beautiful suites, theyy look like a mini apartment, so comfortable with a fullworking kitchen, even pots and pans, Tupperware, silverware , coffee, sugar, tea.
We absolutely loved it.

Kitchenette was great, beautiful location.
Upstairs neighbors were loud; sound proofing wasn't good. We were awakened multiple times in the night because of footsteps, showers running, we could even hear snoring through the ceiling. No late checkout allowed.

The location and the concept of studio apartment. Quality of interiors. Very comfortable stay with my 4 year old. No issues on any front.
I did not think the unit was more than 500 sqft though listing said 700 sqft.
Sanderlings restaurant has very minimal vegetarian options. I wouldn’t eat that second time. No breakfast option.
