I have stayed here in the past. They have let it become run down.

Nothing it was a bad trip. I will not be returning.

The blood stained floors. There where roaches in our room.

extremely accommodating and friendly staff. got in late to crash for the night during a long trip and check in was a breeze. Room was comfortable and bathroom super clean. enjoyed our stay. extra points for being pet friendly.

The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The dirty/stained linens. The pile of dirt in front of our room door. The sound of a dog parking in a nearby room. The pathetic looking desk chair. The inability to get clean linens brought to the room when requested. The inability to get a refund on-site after expressing all of the previous concerns listed here. The inability to reach the manager during the time I was told I could reach her the following day.

Bed like sleeping on a board. Adjoining rooms, no noise barrier.

The hallways were ice cold w no heat running. The sheets were dirty, the comforters where peeling. The was a unruly guest throwing chairs out the window. And then on of the construction workers pulled the fire alarm. The person on duty was opening rooms after the alarm was confirmed false . Didn't even knock just opened. . Worse stay I have had any place lately. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

location was great. close to main road with lots of eating places. The area was pretty quit for as busy as the roads were.

Breakfast was pretty picked over around 0815 -0830 time frame. The WI-FI wouldn't stay on all night. Had to keep signing back into it.

There was no hot tub and in the pictures and description there was a hot tub.

We did not partake of the breakfast. The location was perfect for us as we traveled the 540 into OK several times. Heather, the desk clerk who checked us in was AMAZING. Incredibly helpful, very nice and personable. The mattress was SO comfortable.

There was little to no hot water for our showers. The sink got incredibly hot but the shower was lukewarm at best. Also, the desk chair was broken. I asked Thursday night for a new one but the clerk told me she could not accommodate me as she had no keys to the maintenance room. She made a note for the following morning to have the chairs swapped out, but Friday when we got back from our adventures the same old broken down chair was in the room. Bed pillows were very small.

The location is close to the highway.

They charged me before I arrived at the hotel when I was supposed to be able to pay there, which over drafted my account. The staff informed me that after a reservation has been in place for 7 days or more, they will charge your account the day of check-in regardless of what you were told at the time of booking. Our chosen king room didn't have heat, so we were given an extra blanket and then switched to a room with two beds the next day. Those beds slept horribly. We checked in on Wednesday, and the "heated pool" was barely 80, and the room was 60, so needless to say, we didn't get to enjoy the pool. They didn't change the temperature until Friday evening, and we were set to check out Saturday. The option of the heated pool is the only reason I chose this location. They should tell you the heated pool is only available on the weekends.

The hotel was nasty The didn't clean the room two day In a row,l had to ask for towels and for the room to be clean .Service wasn't good. The grounds were dirty.. l check out early on Saturday 10/22/22 was l credit for the room foom 2 days. I was supposed to stay until the 10/24/22 But l was So ready to go. Very quiet so grateful for that. Very clean rooms, well kept. Very polite staff.

Person smoking just as leaving the bldg, getting big inhale of it. Had to hold breath next trip to car while packing up. I'm very allergic to it

Good location

Doing some remodeling, staffing rarely at front office most early mornings. Manager was amazing.
