No beds were made, the floor needed sweeping. One of the refrigerator was leaking water over the room and no repairs was done.. in front of the room needed cleaning. When we arrived the garbage bag was strewn in the front instead of in the garbage container. The top cover was soiled and the picture was dusty. I could not turn down the AC and the room was warm. The room needed a 2nd chair

Never got to stay in a room the front desk lady told me if I use Apple Pay I need to show her my Apple Card with my name cause I could steal someone phone she said she has iPhone and knows that awoke pay has cards with names on them

The room and property exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, everything in it worked as it should, it was quiet, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The rate was good and when I arrived at 2am, there was someone there immediately to assist me in getting my room. Clean rooms and hotel, quietness, and all things in the room operational are a high priority for me when I travel and I was impressed! Excellent value!

There was very little I didn't like, but I did notice that the bathroom vent cover was broken (vent still worked though) and the pillows were flat. I would suggest having different pillows in the rooms so that the traveler could find the pillow that best suits their needs.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Customer service, better speaking English, cleanliness. The lady who lives in the hotel and watches people declined my service animal and proceeded to charge me and tell me that it's not against the law which it very much is against the Fiat Housing Act AND her falsely advertised room stats they accept service animals. The room already smelled like cigarettes after they request a 50 dollar deposit. Bathroom had rust everywhere. Get a house and move out of your hotel room

Price too high. This facility is very old and needs to lower price or update rooms. Did not like being charged an extra fee for checking in a little after noon to a room that was already cleaned.
