Receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. We requested a non-smoking room. The room given to us clearly said non-smoking, but inside definitely had quite a bit of secondhand smoke, that lingered from the last resident. The receptionist immediately, and without hesitation, changed our room. We only needed a place to sleep, and had a surprisingly had good quiet night.

It was disgusting. I didn’t even stay. I took one look at the room and left. It was filthy covered with dirt and the blankets had stains. It is by far the worst hotel I had ever been in

The Staff Is The Best I Have Stayed Their Plenty Of Times An Never Ever Complain But This Time Was Not Good At All U Know They Remodeling An I Understand That It's Gone B A Lil Messed U Alot More Trash All Around The Even In The Lil Hallways Under The Step Old Drink Machine That Don't Work Just Sitting For Wat Drawing Dust My Last Day I Was In One Of The New Rooms Which Still Could Been Better But This Time I Stayed In One Of The Old Rooms Which I Never Will Again They Need All New Beds In EveryRoom Mattress Lump An Wore Out Then Something Was Bitting Me Which I Believe Was Bed Bugs An I Know It Suppose 2B Pet Friendly I Seen 3 Different Dogs An They Room Was Close Bye Mind They Barked To Much An Like I Said Don't Know Wat Was Bitting Me In But It Also Could B Fleas Are Ticks Coming From Having Dogs In Room So Wat They Need To Do Is Pick (7) Rooms That They Can Have For People With Animals Cause Every Dog Is Not Clean An With Laying All On The Bed An Watever Else Bugs Jump Off An Gets On Everything With Bites I Have On My Back Side An Legs I'm Sure It Fleas Are BedBugs That Wat The Guy At My Pharmacy Said Thats Exactly Where I Went Wen Left The Hotel An I Did Let The Clerk Know Wen She Called My Cell Phone To See Was I Staying Are Leaving An Told Her I Already Had Left But I Let Her Knew Everything Then I Love The Hotel An Staff They Just Need Pick A Couple Rooms For People With Dog To Stay Y Would Let People With Stay All Over The Hotel Thats Not Good Especially With Barking Every Now An Then ...

Had to ask for a light bulb as lamp didn't work. Poor lighting. Was dirty.

The staff was friendly.

My bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had a slight clog that needs to be addressed. The hot breakfast provided is pretty bare bones. Bed was not comfortable. I had a single king size bed.

The rooms were filthy. The drapes did not cover the window and we had to pin them together. The AC was so loud. The bed spread and comforter were filthy. I itched all night . WE BROUGHT HOME BED BUGS. We left at 4 AM because it was so bad.

The location was not the issue, just the condition of the place...would never let my family stay in a place like that...very bad smell in the room plus the stench of marijuana smoke as we got out of the car...! JUst bad!!!!
