Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and pancakes. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Water pressure in the shower could have been a bit better and the towels could have been a bit fluffier, but those are minor.

From the minute you enter the lobby you are given a friendly welcome. I was a solo senior traveler and I felt safe and in a great location. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely reccomend to my family and friends traveling in that direction
The only small issue I wish more parking on lobby door side but it’s not their fault just how property is layer out

After a red eye flight and busy day the check in process was simple, friendly and efficient. Room was ready and exceptionally clean.
The rooms are small but very well set up with everything you need. Bed and linens were super comfortable.
Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional but a variety of items and good coffee.
This hotel is a great value. I would highly recommend.

The TV could not be viewed from either bed.
The accessible shower was difficult to operate, no way to keep the water in the shower area without flooding the bathroom, requiring mopping up the floor and making the floor very slick and unsafe.
The beds were very high off the ground, difficult to get into

We paid for the room up front on Priceline. Then hotel also charged us full price for the rooms. Refused to give us credit back. Had to dispute the charges with Visa

all things were well done and kept, except one little item- i dropped our remote behind our bed's headboard and had to retrieve it from underneath -upon pulling the mattress away, we saw clutter, lint and the need to vac. other than that we were quite happy with our room and the hotel's services.
we did enjoy our stay and it's location was key to our travel plans to our event.
