The lady on third shift was great. She was very patient with all customers. The check in process was great.

There was no breakfast of any kind. No bagels no nothing. The pool area is loud and its no lights in some area of the hotel

Nobody was there to allow me to check in I drove 4.5 hrs to be at work I had to travel to the island to get a room @ 4 in the morning

Breakfast was non existent. No fruit, no tea, no juice, not even toast or cereal. Granola bars are not breakfast. They should not say they have breakfast. Big X on breakfast.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the room could definitely use some updating. The price was cheap and provided a clean room for a quick overnight stay while traveling home. Only coffee and breakfast bar offered in the morning.

The exterior door did not close, completely allowing noise and draft from outside. Inside could use some updating.

Location. Bed was comfortable.

Very run down in the corridors and very loud at night . Dogs barking , people knocking on the ajoining door to another room from the other side . No phones in the room to call front desk . People have gong around our doorway being very loud all hours of the night until 2:00 in the morning . The room was ok for the price but couldn’t sleep because of all the noise . Seemed like a lot of people actually live in the hotel with kids running around unsupervised .
