The front desk clerk was lovely. She was kind, knowledgeable and super friendly considering she was working the overnight shift.
We had a room with a door for the adjoining suite. We did not have friends or family in that room, but whoever was in there, tried getting into our room at 2am. It was not a great feeling, but not the motels fault.

Room location- farthest end of corridor from elevator- steps down to elevator from lobby - not easy for 1 member of our group

Everything. Extremely dirty, found roaches and we left. We didn’t stay and we couldn’t get a refund. When we got off of the elevator to goto our room there were 2 drunk hispanic guys laying on the floor in the hall outside of our room talking to each other. The manager has a room on the same floor and his door was open and he never said anything to the men. When we went inside our room the floor was missing vinyl wood planks at the end of the bed, missing lightbulbs, tv was about to fall of of the wall, someone before us wrote on the lampshades in ink “filthy place”, and we found roaches in bathroom. Sooooo we left very fast and never returned. AVOID this place!

I was charged for my pet when I checked in that evening. That was a surprise to me

The bed was comfortable and at least they had Direct TV.
Don’t know where to start- the hallway reeked of smoke. Door to the room looked like it had been broken into and the deadbolt wouldn’t slide in all the way. AC looked like it was from the 70s and it had a giant piece of plastic hanging from it. There were stains on the walls and shower curtain and small holes in the walls in the bathroom.
But what was extremely concerning was this property is NOT safe. It is in a horrible neighborhood and there were several transient people all around the building. There was a man who appeared to be homeless sleeping on the bench right by the front door when I arrived. I went out at 5:30 am to take my dog out and when I went to get back in the key didn’t work to open the door! I was literally locked out!!! I was banging on the door and luckily a cleaning person happened to come by and let me in.

I had to change my credit card because of hotel stupid mistake.

location is good, maintenance of building leaves alot to be desired. Room was clean, and stocked, bed was comfy.
The pothole ridden parking lot, the broken doors, the mysterious odor in the hallways.

the fridge was warm didn’t work. air conditioner kept turning off we had to keep hitting the restart button, sink in bathroom was clogged and water wouldn’t drain.
