The room was dirty, toilet broke and the fire alarm beeped all night

The front desk clerk did everything in his power to help me get a decent room after a few attempts.

Maintenance needs to do some work. The first room I was given would not unlock. The second room did not have a desk. The third room had a desk chair with a missing wheel.

Pet Friendly! The property gave me a first floor (accessible) room when requested on check-in. Parking available for truck and trailer on site.

No breakfast, lobby was dark & barren, manager(?) was all business. Didn't offer a printed receipt on check-out, or offer an emailed copy. When I requested one it seemed that it was breaking his budget to provide the single sheet of paper. Bath towels were small and rough as sandpaper. I like and have stayed at many locations of the RR chain for standard accommodations. I would not select this location again.

The only thing I liked was that this hotel was very close to the location of my family.

The microwave and fridge, I assumed didn't work. The knob was off of the microwave and it was impossible to work. The worker, came to the room, on the next day, and moved the microwave from the wall and plugged it in. The microwave and fridge wouldn't work without the light switch at the door being on. There was a huge hole in the wall. The water at the sink never did cut off. The linen was stained and there was A LOT of dust on top of the headboard. No one ever came to clean my room the entire 4 days that I was there!! I did request for another room but was told by staff that I'd have to wait until the manager would be in in about 3 hours!! Never got my room and never saw, or spoke, to the manager. I'll never go back!! This hotel reminds me of a "Bates" with no Norman!!

Close to interstate exit and restarants

Door was hard to open. No wash cloths in bathroom. Toilet very loose in floor but looked clean. As we checked out there was a large brown cockroach in floor by the door belly up but not dead yet.

Attentive and friendly staff!

Room 230, burns in the bed sheets, bed cover was discolored, looked dirty, entire room needed to be painted, floor lamp was taped at the base. The whole room was a turn-off. we paid for 2 nights but never slept there.

I didnt like the ICE ON THE STAIRS TO GET TO MY ROOM. VWRY DANGEROUS!!
