Location, the room, the outdoor seating all were excellent

The management gives the staff is no support and was very horrible with check-in because for some reason I made the booking here and they said they never received the booking even though I had a paid receipt and it was showing him booking.com. I had to call customer support. The manager would not call would only send emails to the girl at the front desk and she said she was new and had been having experiences like this all evening yet the managers would not come back into work or give her any life support and for this I gave the manager staff a low rating not the girl who actually worked the desk. The managers are very lazy at this hotel and do not know good customer service. They are very inefficient with their training of their staff and probably that's the reason to their staffing issues that I heard about.

I was told by the girl at the front desk booking through third party is so hard. it took her trying to call her manager over 30 minutes to check me in from a booking.com reservation.

This was the nicest hotel to choose from in Cleveland. Location is great, fast food near by as well as a shopping strip.Not a far drive to/from Chattanooga. The rooms were clean, plenty of space.

House keeping didn’t come to our room once during our stay. I am not sure if this is a new change in policy but if so maybe upon checkin the front desk should ask if you’d like the service or not. Usually I wouldn’t mind if they skipped over our room, but I think the stay would have been better if my towels were replenished and garbage thrown out considering the price I paid to stay at the nicer hotel.

The 1 br king suite was HUGE, and an awesome layout. Plenty of space and the kitchen is perfect. Bed pillows were comfy. Lighting was nice overall with plenty of lamps. Smart TVs were good. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Coffee pods/ Keurig in the rooms were great and coffee tasted good!

The sofa is uncomfortable and the mattress is not super comfortable either. Our bed sheets were not clean, but overall this is the best hotel we have stayed in in Cleveland.
