The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was great, had a wonderful time.

The breakfast was decent. The view was nice and the room was very spacious.

The facilities, poor customer service/care, the upkeep, the smell, the difficulties of the check-in process, the entire experience was horrible. The staff was not very knowledgable nor truthfully accommodating. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. The General Manager aware of issues occurring with our stay did not even take out the time to resolve issues and sent someone to our room who was also clueless. I am still waiting on a partial refund but did have not received it. Called Booking.com to explain and complain and that even costed me. I hate writing these type of reviews but anyone considering a stay here needs to be warned and well aware. I am just glad we survived it, with our dignity in tact.

Nothing when we first arrive the front desk receptionist had no clue what they were doing i felt questionable about the stay because there were customers complaining and trying to change rooms. Then my sister went up to check her room and was quiet upset with its conditions the tub looked disgusting

I didn't like the fact that when i checked in i gave my information confirmed my stay and was told i could pick up my keys the next morning. My sister was checking in one room in which we would stay together on the 28th and then we would have separate rooms which i booked for the 29-30th. The morning of the 29th i went to get the keys for my rooms my sister was already was in one and the 2nd i was going in however the next morning the 30th they told me i had never checked in so how did i get keys and my rooms . When asked to speak to the manager he conveniently left without trying to rectify the situation every receptionist there had a different story not one of them knew their job it was crazy and quite confusing and although the hotel has potential to be great there were so many things wrong the sealing was leaking the room stunk there were so many things we had to switch rooms previously because the room they put us in was not clean i could go on .

The location was close to where we needed to be.

The thermostat was not adjustable for cooling. Luckily, we could open a window as it was stuffy in the room. Our coffee pot was broke and we were told they would bring up another one, but never did. No coffee that morning.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Helped me out quite a bit. Rates were affordable.

Rooms need updating. Bathtub was not clean.

Location was good, the staff was super sweet and helpful, with great attitudes!

On booking I requested two twin bed's and I got One king, So that was an error and didn't change the price any. Although a guy in front of me checking in, they couldn't find his reservation so he stayed for "$89 a night vs my $135.

It was dirty. The air didn't work and it was 80° in our room. We got a fan,but it was broken. There were cockroaches. I took pic of them. There was hair all in the tub. Just not a clean or nice hotel.

The shower was way too short. I’m 5’10” and was hitting the back of my head on the shower head.

Our air conditioner wasn't working, very hot in room. It took 6 hours for someone to finally do something about it. No coffee in common areas. And pay for breakfast and they take down buffet and coffee quickly after paying The bar closed at 9 pm on a Friday and Saturday night also could have been cleaner.
