The stay was overall enjoyable. We were not placed on a floor with a lot of commotion or other issues. Staff was kind and accommodating. Our room was clean.

We booked an extra night to take our time getting around and leaving on our final day. This was partly due to their pool/hot tub area and how excited my daughter was for it. The hot tub was luke warm at best and the jets were not working. The pool also was not as enjoyable because there was a large group that was taking it up most of our stay.

had left a braw and some hair product when calling and asking they said it wasnot there if they happen to com across it they would call I bought it be 4 I got to the roomi no it was there. Honesty not a price on a room . Not to mention it was 853 in the morning breakfast is not even done and I'm pretty sure they put breakfast up by 9:00 and the guy that was serving was already taking things to the kitchen we had to hurry up and get our things from what we wanted to eat in order to be able to eat breakfast and I wiped my own table nevertheless he was nice enough to leave the juices out for us I guess that's going to be appreciated

Large rooms with separate seating.

Bathroom door stuck and made load noise when closed or opened. Refrigerator freezer full of ice, needs to be thawed.

I loved the fact that I actually got the room I ordered. Breakfast said included and it was. They were amazing checking us in and making us feel very comfortable. Gave us all we would need and more.

Just that the hot tub was down both days we were there.

The TV was nice size, the location was really good, the breakfast area was very nice, overall it was a really nice hotel

We got there about 11:30 or midnight at night, and we had six rooms, and the fell at the front desk was really nice, but he had to do each room individually, so he had to type it in and do a bunch of stuff apparently and print out each room individually, I think we was at the front desk like an hour, not sure why it takes that long, that's really the only thing complaint I have

Female who did Sunday breakfast rude. We got to area before 930; out of mini omelettes and hash browns, out of bread for toast and juice, no yogurt or fruit cups she didn’t refill. Started vacuuming at 940 bumped into our table and chairs twice. Started taking down waffle batter at 950 was very loud. Took metal pan into back room and sounded like she slammed it as it was so loud. Then I heard her laugh. Her attitude when she walked around was very cocky. No name tag.

Room was clean, comfy, and spacious! Amanda made our trip by providing excellent guest service. She went above and beyond and really made our stay wonderful.
