Rooms not very sound proof. Very noisy from the family in next room.

The guest fighting upon check in and the police being called.Not getting the room I booked and paid for in advance. Being told that room has been sold out for months due to the workers that work in hotel being in them.

very nice and location was great
we walked in to book two rooms for the night and were told no vacancy. we walked outside and I started looking online for a place to stay… and up came the same hotel. I book our two rooms from the parking lot. (but they were full???)

They seemed genuinely friendly and we felt welcome with our pets.
Angie in the breakfast room was very helpful with our special needs child.

The staff was great. I didn't complain about bed. To tired to mess with it. Just needed to get home and sleep.
The bed was terrible. My back was acting after 2 nights and never got a full night sleep. My son said his back has hurting him also. I didn't tell him mine was hurting. He is 13 and a gymnast.

I was having such a bad day when I arrived. The young man at the counter was so polite he cheered me up .It is such a pleasure to encounter people like him . Wish that I could remember his name. Please tell him I said thank you .I will most definitely come back because of him

The location of the property was 8 minutes away from where we needed to attend a medical procedure. It was very convenient and pet friendly.
The first room we checked into had a connecting door. In the hallway and in the room there was a very strong weed odor. We were moved to another floor and room.
