Their third party service provider Booking.com for charging me twice the amount and didn’t care to address my concerns

the chair and umbrella situation. it seemed like there were a lot of them empty and available but they would say it was sold out. Need more availability

I liked that it did have easy access to the beach and the restaurant at the beach had nice employees and the food was good.

The staff for the resort specifically was underwhelming upon arrival, our apartment was supposed to have a washer and dryer and kitchen table and it did not. The pictures also showed a beach view from our sliding doors but that was not true. The bathtub jets didn’t work which is why I chose that specific apartment and it was pretty dusty. When I talked to the staff they didn’t seem to know anything about trying to book another property and tried to argue with me about how we have to have a washer and dryer in there. I told the lady arguing with me to come have a look herself to whcih then she said well maybe that one doesn’t but it should. They gave me a number to contact someone for possibly another room but I would have to pay an extra charge. The people I spoke with couldn’t help me either and texted me instead of calling me back with their response which I thought was disrespectful and lacked character. We spent our honeymoon down there and due to fraudulent pics from either booking.com or tops’l resort not sure who would have posted pics of properties I was highly disappointed with our stay. We should have been compensated for the trickery.

The room & bathroom size was good

While booking the Room details said: ocean view, kitchen but there was no view and the building was not right at beach. There were ants in room Bathroom carpet was filthy Bed was uncomfortable, had a big gap with backrest There was no plug point in kitchen to make coffee/ toast
