Staff Rep. Ryan went out of his way to allow us an early check-in in order to attend a 3pm wedding in Richmond.
Room was clean, and well appointed. Breakfast was ample and appreciated.
Electric charging station(s) might be an amenity to consider due increasing interest in and use of electric vehicles.

Breakfast was good and decent variety, rooms are relatively nice as well
Unfortunately the ac blew a breaker when we first got there but it was fixed by the staff immediately so thumbs up for that. However when we checked around we found a used wash cloth in the bathroom as well as chips (looked like they had been remodeling) on the counter and in the trash. One of the sheets was also torn on one of the beds (almost completely on one side)

Dusty, hallways full of stuff for renovations. I skipped breakfast because the small breakfast area was really crowded. They only put decaf coffee in my room.

I booked online for this pet friendly hotel, and was given a price, told no additional fees, and then when I showed up they charged me a $30 pet fee. I checked my confirmation email AND the hotel website and there is no mention of a pet fee. This is a classic bait and switch.

small area for walking dogs but ferrel cats live nearby. made it a little difficult keeping our dogs on task to do their business.

Our location for visiting family
Our room was not ready in late afternoon. Keys expired every day, had to ask for clean towels, not dusted… really dirty, not vacuumed …just too expensive for the quality. The tv, clocks, microwave and refrigerator were all unplugged… needed to move the furniture to plug things in … never really cleaned that entire area. Towels were paper thin. We will not return when we come to visit our family again .
