Nice lobby. Beds were comfortable except for the sofa bed that was very very uncomfortable and my child didn’t sleep well because the springs were poking her. Pool was nice. Temp control was great.

Room had a broken closet door, broken toilet paper holder, the rooms need another lamp or two. Breakfast could be improved. Room could have been cleaner- the bath tub had sticky residue and hairs, carpet needs to be cleaned.

pictures are not accurate. No bright colors, breakfast wasn’t what I expected, can’t take food or drink from breakfast to room. bathroom in room was dusty and outdated, candy left in drawers from previous guest, night stand drawer broken and taped shut, obvious shortage of staff, pool area outdated and dirty, no towels available in pool area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport

The property was terribly maintained. Staff said they had been remodeling for the past 6-7 months but I feel that they need to focus on the bones of the building and not just making it look better aesthetically. The floor in the guest room sloped so bad near the window it felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The furniture was broken and missing doors. The room had no blinds and there was what looked like blood on the bed sham… I would think this would be changed in between guests when there is something bright red noticeable on it. The guests in the room above us were terrible and since the floors are so crappy it sounded like they were going to fall through the floor with every noisy step they took.. this kept us awake into the morning hours and we were staying there because we had a very early morning flight. The person checking us in mentioned that they were sold out for the night and it was very clear that they are not prepared for this with all of the trash overflowing in the common guest areas. The only positive was that the hotel was located close to the airport. I will never stay at this hotel again.

First floor great. Most of breakfast gone by 6:30. A lot of construction workers ate early. Employee setting up food was friendly. She was trying to keep things filled.

We had a hard time finding the motel. I called the number that was on my confirmation 7 times and no answer. When we finally found the motel and went in the employee was setting at a table on her laptop. Had to walk over to get her attention. The phone was ringing the whole time we were checking in. After I got my cards for the room she walked from behind the counter and went back to her laptop at the table.

Nice Big Room, bed comfortable. Nice complimentary toiletries. Staff friendly and close to take away Restaurants.

Room not sound proof and bathroom can definitely get an upgrade. Bath taps loose and very old. Option for lower room rate wouldn't been nice as I didn't have breakfast. Had to leave very early to catch my flight.

The night staff was very helpful and friendly

The room was not the cleanest, and the floor by the 3rd floor elevator was sunk in and did not feel the best. And there is a hole between the floor and elevator so don’t drop anything. Breakfast was not good, there was no food left with an hour to go, and no drinks available at all not even the water was working. You could however pay for drinks at the front desk which you was told FREE Breakfast with your stay why would you not mind paying for water. Morning staff was short with guests. Good thing we was only there a night would not have stayed another one.

Front desk friendliness and courtesy. Samantha was a darling lady to welcome us. Cleanliness and quality of keeping everything upto standards.

It wS a nice pleasant stay over all. Please keep it to this level. It was beyond expectations. My second visit to Savannah hopefully, Will definitely want to stay here again.
