The experience was not good for us.

The cleaner opened our door while I was in a confidential business meeting prior to check out, despite a do not disturb sign on our door. He also did not knock but walked right in. I am a female and he was a male and it was scary. He apologised briefly and stepped out but proceeded to play rap music very loudly and talk so loud, my work was interrupted. I am very upset by this and my husband bought it up at the front desk, only to be dismissed with another brief apology. They did not offer any consolation or amends. The rap music continued the entire time the man was upstairs, with him singing along to it so loudly that we could not focus.

Loud humming noise all night. Was told it was a semi truck. Not true as parking lot was empty and noise still persisted. Person at desk was completely unsympathetic even though i got only two hours sleep

Had a large area for my dogs to run around. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast on Friday morning was not good at all. Food trays were empty no butter for toast.had to wait for cooks to restock. breakfast on Sunday morning was good but the coffee pot was empty.

Little better service at the food counter. Did not get clean towels from the maids had to go to front desk and get towels on Saturday night for Sunday morning.2 light bulbs were burned out

Clean, well maintained and very comfortable.

Sadly, the orange juice dispenser was empty at breakfast due up to a late delivery. That was the only downside.

Great location with an amazing Mexican restaurant next door. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they had good breakfast options. Water pressure for the shower was also great which is rare to find.

The only thing missing was a hot tub.
