The breakfast was good.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and had paper/tape all over the floor. Our (newly renovated) room was half-finished, missing lights and smelled like paint. We had to get new room keys TWICE, because they stopped working during our one-night stay. We asked for more towels and pillows, but they never brought them. We requested an hour late check-out, front desk lady said she would check with her manager and call us. We never got a phone call. The towels in the swimming pool area are the size of a hand towel and the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. I wish it would have been advertised that the hotel was a construction zone! Not at all relaxing! Over-all, it was terrible service and sub-par facilities. The only good thing was the breakfast.

The breakfast was really great. Something different almost everyday. Staff were super friendly.

They have the tiniest little soap bars. They were doing construction on the 4th floor and the hammering just about made me want to pull my hair out! They did offer to move us. Also I couldn’t find a pillow that worked for my neck, not sure that was the hotel’s fault.

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Great breakfast selection; pool was nice too.

The hallway and room carpets were highly overdue for deep cleaning. The facility looked nicer on the outside. The tile floors in the elevator and main entrance were often dirty. The room was very tight for four people. Dissatisfied for the price.
