Not much.
Original room had a shower faucet running non-stop. Was switched to a 2nd room which had what looked like black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The transfer to the 2nd room was not done properly by front desk staff and when I returned to my room the next day I was locked out. Went back down to the front desk who informed me the transfer was not done properly. They reset my keys but everything about this stay was inconvenient. The property is run down and not well kept.

Breakfast was very limited. Ran out of spoons for 2 days. Never cleaned my room during the week. I got a broom and sheets and towels myself. Sketchy area.

Nothing went well. After 3 attempts to get our key cards set up to go in the room they still didn’t work. So the manager tried his master keys and still couldn’t open the door. The hotel was sold out. He said he could send the manager an email but didn’t know when they may see it and no maintenance people were working then. It was 11:15 pm then. So basically he told us we could sit outside by the door in hopes the manager may read the email and tell him how to fix the door.
I have stayed at La Quinta hotels across the country for work. This one is literally falling apart. I went to grab a handrail along the 3rd story catwalk and saw only half of it was attached. It’s only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured there. The elevators weren’t working.
I got a refund since I didn’t want to sleep on the catwalk outside with all of our stuff. Unacceptable

When I booked my reservations I let them know my daughter was going to be having surgery the next morning at 6:30am. Having said that, I asked for a late check out so that we could come back and take a nap. I also called to confirm, the lady said that would be no problem and then when I got there they would not allow me to have a late check out. I then made the decision to NOT stay there and will never stay at this place in the future.

Your breakfast was 6 to 9 but if you were 15 minutes late the food was gone. We asked if they were putting more out and they said no because they were limited on how much they could use. Which I think is BS if your going to advertise it as a perk. I'll probably not stay there again. Oh and by the way the light fixture in the bathroom leaked water all night!!

friendly staff, easy access. Bed was super comfortable. Room temperature was easy to adjust, price was reasonable. Breakfast was good. Lobby was clean and food area was clean. Check in and out was simple and accommodating.
the floor was dirty, felt like sand on it. the bathroom wall has blood splatters on it, the door facing was dirty, no refrigerator. drive way full big pot holes, My laptop and hand phone would not connect to the internet.

Location is perfect for me
The housekeepers are kind and friendly. The housekeeping is well I can hardly tell her the room is important since the person before me. I mean there's trash behind the beds dressers sheets are filthy and wrinkled you can tell that somebody has laid in them. Floors are dirty not swept so basically how fast housekeeping.
The general manager as she would like to call herself ( Valerie) is very unprofessiona &l rude and I think she does things I'm not sure how to put this but for certain people she does certain things for other people she basically screws them over my credit card was charged three different times for three different prices for times that I was not staying at her hotel. Not to mention she likes to change up the rules as you would say on a day-to-day basis that or she just doesn't train her stuff to know that the rules are.

Every hotel is busy, I understand that but they seemed to place everyone in the same area. It was noisy, guests were yelling and fighting. I was waking up every hour or so because of the noise
The receptionist and housekeepers were talking very loudly about how terrible the guests were during breakfast. They really seem to dislike their jobs. The receptionist was also on her phone, sending a lot of voice messages.
