Éramos 3 pessoas, reservei 2 camas King deluxe Hotel antigo sem remodelação com quartos a cheirar imenso a tabaco, janela nem abria Pedi para trocar e só havia opção de quarto com sofá É obrigatório assinar um papel á entrada a proibir fumar nos quartos com multa caso o faça

Room had cockroaches and was filthy. Wi-Fi did not work. The hotel manager promised to refund me for a full night due to the issues. I was not given the full refund as promised.

Front desk rep spoke too loud and exposed my room number to the entire lobby

Good room with lots of storage, we also appreciated the full-sized fridge and extra sink by the kitchenette area. Though not used by us, there was also a dishwasher and garbage disposal -- so overall quite good facilities & amenities. Location has several food options nearby, and an Amazon locker across the street for those who like to shop online.

the internet required re-connecting -- it would have been better if this was automatic, and you didn't have to go through this sign-in process each time

Didn’t get the room we originally booked and my son had to sleep on the floor.

Front desk host was excellent, he could only do so much, it’s like perfume on a pig.

The hot breakfast was very extensive. The staff was constantly replenishing everything. The ability to eat by the pool was great.

Overall things were really good. The place is in the midst of some renovations. And when everything's done, it'll be great.

Buffet was marginal - cold food, out of things / not replenished quickly. Not enough seating. No shuttle service is a negative.

The pool was disgusting and the hot tub was green in a very sketchy area . Do not book! Lots of homeless people

Bem confortável, um bom café da manhã, camas macias e aconchegantes, recepção muito simpática, foi uma ótima estadia. Vou retornar daqui a alguns dias para passar outra noite lá.

A academia estava fechada para reforma. Faltou colocar esse aviso no Booking.com

Booking agreement not honored upon arrival for handicap accessible had to switch rooms that had no TV to watch, One of the clerks was nonchalaunt but the other younger clerk seem to want to solve the issue of an handicap accessible room to the best of her ability. Toilet ran over and handicapped husband Was given a plunger for him to plunge the toilet Which backed up into the shower so we were unable to shower before leaving., Was told they can give us a $33 discount by another shift clerk, But upon viewing the receipt it appears they charged us full price. When calling back to speak with a manager or an assistant manager upon checkout, I was told a manager was not available and would not be available until the next day.. I am a long time customer of this particular location. When I travel to Fort Lauderdale this is the only place I would say but I think I would never return.

Breakfast was spectacular….. and I most say one of the most comfortable bedding i’ve slept compare to past experience. 100%

everything was good excepted the parking is bad, getting in out of there was little tight if you drive a large vehicle.

the room was not well kept and smelled like animal pee and the carpet was stained in many places. the bathroom mirror was not clean and the shower floor was also dirty. finally the toilet wasn’t clean and looked like it was just used.

It’s alright for the cost.
