Overall decent value for money

The management removed the temperature control knobs from all the fridges leaving the cooling in a low setting. They readily acknowledged doing so as well noting that otherwise guests will put the fridge cooling to the maximum setting. As a result, in the middle of the summer, items did not cool in the fridge at all. This sort of cost-cutting measure is not expected from a Wyndham hotel.

The air conditioners are old and not strong enough to cool a room in the second (top floor) in the mid-afternoon in the middle of summer. Even at full blast, the room becomes very warm in the afternoon.

Beyond perfect for that price.

Met our expectations of a hotel room. We enjoyed the environment and scenery from outside of the hotel. The location was great and you could walk to a lot of different food places and grocery stores.

The service was terrible, we did not feel welcome at all. The person that checked us in was cold and unwelcoming, but the other person that woked later during the night was much more nice and helpful. Another minus was the lack of an elevator, be had a lot of heavy bags.

It was in a good spot in the middle of this small town. The pool was nice. The bed was comfortable.

When we got to the hotel the lady at the desk was nice but then by the end of our stay she wasn’t helpful and seemed annoyed with my questions. When we got to our room the water wasn’t running and it smelled like smoke. We asked to switch rooms and she put us across the hall where there was coffee or blood stains on the wall and the toilet had a cleaning brush still in it. The towels had holes in them and one of them even had a dead earwig stuck to it.

Was wiped out and glad to be cared for when we arrived. Hotehad everything we needed.

Had to upgrade to a handicapped room when there, didnt see this option on Booking.com .

Breakfast was good, waffles, toast, sausage and cereal. Room was spacious with only one queen bed in a room that could hold two queens. Location was convenient to restaurants and tourist sights.

Hallways of hotel didn’t feel like they were air conditioned. Didn’t like that the room didn’t have a table and chairs.

The room was typical, clean and comfortable.

We were charged more on arrival than booking.com stated. I enquired about this and the lady behind the counter just shrugged and said contact booking.com. I did and nothing came from it. In addition, the pool was closed and the breakfast was basic, unhealthy and the amount of single use plastic and polystyrene they used was ridiculous. They clearly don't care about the environment or the waste they're producing.

No vending, had to go to another bldg across parking lot, dirty, ants, TV's barely came in, refrigerator didn't work in one room. Told front desk but nothing was done about it. Feel I deserve a refund

Staff could be friendlier and wiFi was unacceptable; only works some of the time. Very frustrating.

On the edge of town and not noisy from the street. Nice views.

Old breakfast food like sliced was there all three days without changing. Another guest found expired milk out for coffee.

Our rooms was in very poor condition and smelly -- there was an odor/musty smell present so we opened the window to help air out the room (our window was completely surrounded by the facade of the hotel's carport/lobby entrance so we felt safe leaving it wide open). Stained carpeting, a hole in the wall, visible gap to outside around the heating/AC unit, dried leaves on the carpet as if it was tracked in on shoes.... but before we had even entered the room so it wasn't our shoes tracking in the mess. Would not stay here again.
