bed was very comfortable. staff was very nice.

needs major renovations. could see around/ below door. had to put coat at bottom of door to stop air and bugs getting in. patched up in places with boards over holes . stinky sewage water in parking lot that stank.

The neighbors. There was a noisy couple that sat outside their room a few doors down from mine, they seemed to be drinking and just being loud.

It was very very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Which is all we needed on our road trip

It is a bit scary looking on arrival. Guy with a big hog and no muffler and some long-term residents that looked rough, but we found the room very old but very clean. The bed was pristine and super comfortable. The carpets had been cleaned thoroughly. It was right on the price point. We got in late and left early. We were just there for a good sleep and a shower. No evidence of any kind of bugs or vermin.

The service was excellent and friendly

If we found this motel 20 years ago, we would have stayed there every time we drove through the area! So cute, such good vibe, such a great location, so friendly, so clean, It made me change our return plans to be able to stop in Kanab on the way home

my daughter said there was no coffee, we were told the best breakfast and coffee in town was at Chevron across the street and they were so right: exceptional!

Woke up to a cockroach crawling on my arm, was really disgusting. Found womens underwear and trash under my bed from a previous visitor.

The entire motel & our room was so cute and cozy! Love that this business is locally-owned, and it's a great value for a low price. Free coffee, baked goods, and oatmeal packets. The owner was super friendly & caught us one morning in our car to give us fresh-baked homemade muffins! The room was clean & comfortably fit 3 adults. A nice central location (with free parking) and in walking distance to a few other businesses and restaurants (recommended by the owner), and easy to get to popular parks in an hour's drive. Good cell reception & WiFi. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed during a snowstorm and the bathroom got just a little chilly. We kept the door between the bathroom & bedroom closed to stop the draft, which worked like a charm, and there was an added space heater between the 2 beds. Overall, no real complaints!

The motel had a nice homey feel to it and was an incredible value!!! The place may be a little old, but the staff does a wonderful job making it worth the visit!!!

There were some electrical issues with the room, but it wasn’t enough to make a fuss about. We felt like it was something that was not going to spoil our plans.
