Location and staff. The hotel room was clean and huge. The TV and cable were great too. Great size.

The entire building had no air, no window ventilation my room was 80+ everyday. plus the floors were soak and wet

The location was fine and the staff in the lobby were pleasant and helpful as possible.

They had air conditioning and water leak problems which ruined my stay. I requested reimbursement because of the inconvenience. I had paid for parking which a valet refused me. It ruined my visit. I might reconsider my opinion if I realize my reimbursement and I am given an opportunity to visit again to reassess their services 🤔.

Good location for the activities we had planned.

Minimal service. No coffee machines in the room. Staff seemed willing to do only the bare minimum. Facility is dated. Clean but signs of age everywhere - chipping paint, etc. Not the Kimpton stay I'm used to.

Room was beautifully cleaned and prepared. Staff was Super friendly and nice and helped us find a good seafood restaurant to eat at. Also valet parking was nice and could walk to downtown harbor from hotel.

The bed was very comfortable.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for the valet to come check my car in and he was not helping any other customers. security was on the phone the whole time and only pointed me into the direction of the front desk. there’s no shower curtain in the bathrooms and if you run the hot water at full power the pipes make noises.

upon initially checking in, the staff member at the front desk did not acknowledge me until about 5 minutes or standing at the front desk. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful

I loved that there was valet parking- the valet people so so nice and very accommodating. they opened doors and even went and got a coat from our car after they parked it because we accidentally left it in there. I also liked that you had to have a key card to access guest floors. made the hotel feel extra safe and secure.

there were some areas in the bathroom that didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly (trim and air vent). most people probably wouldn’t notice.

Very clean, spacious rooms. decent location of Baltimore

felt like there were hidden fees that I wasn’t aware of until after checking out. and no door on the showers was a bit odd
