location from the truck stop was nice in distance

I called 15 times to see did they have truck parking never got a answer to walk in the building and they guy was holding up the line for a personal conversation very unprofessional staff and we ask for a cdl discount he was charging us higher than it was to book online

Dirty floors, wallpaper hanging off wall, phone broke in room. Carpet in room was filthy that I kept my shoes on. Bathroom floor was dirty. No breakfast available even though it was advertised.

My wife and I are in our late 70s. We enjoy traveling but found it difficult to cope with some of the adversities we were surprised to find at a Wyndham location. Their breakfast offerings were limited. While cereal is adequate some of the time it is not acceptable as a daily choice for those that are accustomed to a bigger breakfast. The sausage and biscuits were poor quality.

There was no one at the check-in counter most of the time! The young man that came at the persistent ringing of the bell spoke broken English that was hard to understand. The phone in our room did not work at all - not once in the three day stay. The room had an ironing board but no iron! There was no TV guide! The maid service was performed by men that could not speak a word of English! We only communicated with sign language! They did not come at all to our room on Thursday! The microwave oven did not work! The elevator call button the 3rd floor quit, forcing us to walk down to first floor. This was especially troubling as we struggle to use stairs. We could use the elevator to go back up to our room. I was told it would be repaired no sooner that Monday. I suppose weekend service calls costs too much! There many lights both inside and outside that did not work which indicates that. That is an adequate sign that proper service and maintenance are not a major concern! I was extremely glad when we left as I was constantly concerned that other problems might further complicate our visit. By the way, the purpose of this trip was to attend the annual meeting of a group of which I have been a member of for over 25 years. 858 fellow members attended also! Motel rooms were hard to find! I had no option without traveling considerable distances daily!

The water pressure was good. The water was hot.

The air was off when we entered the room and there was a noticeable musty/moldy odor in the room. It never completely went away even after running the air all night. Caused my husband to have an extreme cough and he almost went to sleep in our car. By the time we realized how bad the problem was, it was too late to do anything about it. He was sick the whole night and the entire next day. If he doesn't improve overnight we will be seeing medical attention tomorrow.

It was dirty and smelled of smoke. Crumbs, not vacuumed, stained sheets and bedding.
