Clean and comfy

The first room had standing water in the floor. I raised a concern and I was asked if it could be cleaned in the morning. I asked for another room. Walked around to find one and then tried to settle in. After returning from dinner, we smelt a strong odor of urine so I investigated. It was from the bathroom and was so strong we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Even closed, we still dealt with the odor all night. I protested and the property manager offered a full refund. However; it was almost 11pm and too late to find another place. They were supposed to process a refund, but my account still shows a $473.45 charge. I would actually ask that my first night be refunded as well. Horrible experience!!

The room smelled so we purchased Febreeze to spray.

I just do not like that they make a charge in my card as a deposit, " just in case I cause damage to the room ", and then return it whenever they want. Since they have my card info, such thing is not necessary, because they can charge me such damage ( in case it is ), whenever they want, just like they do in other places.

Location was great to my destination.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes and piss. Sheets were dirty, black hairs and stains. Floor was sticky and furniture damaged.

The front desk staff were all very kind and had amazing customer service, made check in a breeze! The room was also very big! The parking lot was the best lit parking lot I've ever seen at a hotel and the waffle house and 2 very close gas stations made it in a great location for us!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
